Nancy Nolan, CEO of Nancy Nolan Homes, LLC, became a licensed REALTOR® in July 2016, joining Keller Williams Realty Greater Quad Cities before transferring to Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors Quad Cities, Iowa’s largest privately owned real estate company in March of 2020. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, holds her licenses in Iowa and Illinois and serves residential buyers and sellers in the bi-state Quad City Metro area and region. Nancy earned her Certified Residential Specialist designation from the Residential Real Estate Council in March of 2019 and has been serving on the Quad City Realtor Association Advocacy committee for the past four years.

A native of New Jersey, Nancy moved to the Illinois Quad Cities as a teenager. She gained professional experience working in the fields of healthcare, sales and marketing, and small business management before choosing real estate as her career pathway. She holds a bachelor's degree in business awarded by St. Ambrose University in 2008.

Nancy attributes the success to her business is communication, availability, integrity and putting her client’s needs over all else during negotiations. She reports that over 90% of her business comes from personal referrals and repeat business. Nancy currently stands among the top 21% of the 875 agents ranked by the Quad City Area Realtor Association. The association, along with Nancy's peers, awarded her with the Distinguished Service Award in December 2021. The award “recognizes a REALTOR® who is dedicated to improving the region and is known for having a positive impact through outreach work, being both active in the REALTOR® community and in the community at large”.  

Nancy raised her family in Moline and currently resides in Davenport. She enjoys volunteering, supporting community arts, and traveling to New Jersey, Colorado, and Moline to visit her children’s families and her four grandchildren.
